ORDER PROCESSING:

Depend on the time you order, your order maybe processed on the same business day or during the next business day. Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 days using ShipNetwork XPARCEL service . Flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders. Priority and Standard options are available for you to choose from within the USA.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Algamed America is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@secretdejoie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
